Safetymint reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these “Terms of Service”, at any time it deems necessary.

Account Information
You must provide legible and accurate login credentials during Signup (Legal full name, a valid business email address, and any other information requested).
Your Safetymint account is a single login and must not be shared with multiple users. Each user must create a separate account to login and use our service. Depending on your user-access permission; you have the option to create any number users accounts according to your subscription plan.
Account Privacy/Protection
It is your sole responsibility to protect your password and other login credentials; Safetymint will not and cannot be liable for any breach or loss caused by a failure to maintain security obligations of your account and password. To ensure that there is no unauthorized access of your account:
You are expected not to divulge/disclose login credentials to any individuals.
Use strong passwords using upper- and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
Content Privacy/Protection
Any content a user submits, posts, displays, or otherwise makes available on the Service, including all activity that occurs in your account is therein referred to as “User Content.” You alone are responsible for any of your ”User Content”, even if it is lost or cannot be recovered.
Safetymint is also not responsible for contents posted by others who have their own logins under your account.
You can immediately inform us of any unauthorized activity of your user-account by email to info@safetymint.com.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must be a human and not a “Bot” to access your account. “Bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.
You must be of legal age to enter into a binding agreement in order to accept the “Terms of Service”..
The Services are available under 14-day free trial plan and subscription plans under various durations.
Paid Subscription Policy
In case you would want to access the paid services or upgrade the account, you are required to provide us with your payment information. All payment fees are exclusive of tax charges, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties under federal laws.
Payment Methods
At present, all payment are accepted via bank transfer.
Renewals
You can choose to renew our services on a monthly/annual subscription plan. We also have an auto-subscription option, where your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period.
Late Payment Policy
Payments are billed for any month/year on the same or closest date you made your first monthly/annual payment. While nearing the end of each billing cycle, we will process an invoice and send consistent reminders to process the payment. If you fail to make the payment within the due date, your account will be frozen and inaccessible until payment is made.
Upgrading and Downgrading or Cancellation:
You cannot upgrade or downgrade your subscription plans till the end of the billing cycle. Do note, that you can choose to upgrade from free trial to paid plan at any time, your billing cycle will begin from the date of first payment.
Billing Changes
At any time, at our discretion and without prior notice, we may change our fees structure including our charges for Monthly Plans and Annual Plans. We may post a new pricing structure on our Website or in your account and/or sending you a notification by email. You will be charged the revised fees on your next billing cycle. Safetymint shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. All materials uploaded remain yours.
We own all proprietary rights in the Service, including, but not limited to, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights.
We may use or disclose your Content (including any personal information therein) only as described in our Privacy Policy.
Suspension or Termination of account:
If you are found in violation of these “Terms of Service”, your account may be suspended or terminated.
We reserve the right to terminate unpaid user accounts upon completion of the 14-day free trial period. In the event of such termination, all data associated with such user account will be deleted. Prior email notification of such termination will be provided.
Termination of user account will include denial of access to all Services, deletion of information in your user account such as your email address and password and deletion of all data in your user account.
Cancellation:
At any point of time, you can cancel your Safetymint account. The termination process will take place in immediate effect from the time of cancellation. All your data and account information will also be deleted if you choose to cancel your account.
Closure or transfer of account:
Safetymint reserves the right to close your account with or without prior permission or your consent in the event of Business closure or Business transfer. In the event of business transfer, your data and privacy will be owned and operated by the company that has bought the product. Herein, Safetymint will no longer be liable to any claims or damages.
Add/remove features
Safetymint reserves the right to add or remove functionality or features at any time or during updates. We may also suspend or stop a particular feature altogether. In such cases, we may give a reasonable time for all paid subscribers only to take a backup of their data and export them as an XLS or CSV or PDF file formats. No technical support will be available post this timeframe, and Safetymint shall not be liable for any loss of data.
The materials on Safetymint services are provided on an 'as is' basis. Safetymint makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
You understand that the Company uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service.
Safetymint is not responsible for the performance of any third parties, linked websites, or other Members, including third-party applications, products, or services for use in connection with the Service (each, a “Third-Party Integration”). Your use of any Third-Party Integration and rights with respect to such Third-Party Integration are solely between you and the applicable third party.
YOU AGREE THAT SAFETYMINT SHALL, IN NO EVENT, BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER LOSS OR DAMAGE WHATSOEVER OR FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER FAILURE, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER LOSS ARISING OUT OF OR CAUSED BY YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
YOU AGREE THAT SAFETYMINT SHALL, IN NO EVENT, BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER LOSS OR DAMAGE WHATSOEVER OR FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER FAILURE, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER LOSS ARISING OUT OF OR CAUSED BY YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
